If you have a completely working item, we are happy to make you an offer but normally recommend that you'll get a better price if you sell them privately.

We will also buy job lots, wholesale and company clearances etc.

HOW WE BUY ...

1.	You contact us and tell us as much as you can about the item you'd
	like to sell - you'll get a better offer with full details - Screen size Processor speed Hard drive size Optical drive type RAM size Mains adapter included ? Good working battery included ? CDs/Manuals included ? Original box included ? Any other accessories included ? Any warranty/Apple Care remaining ? General condition.

2.	We email you back an outline of what the item is worth to us.
	It'll be a price range depending on completeness and condition and will include shipping.

3.	If you think the offer is reasonable you ship the item to us.
	Remember to insure it for the full value.

4.	If we still wish to purchase the item, we'll make a final offer.

5.	We make payment by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal as you prefer.

6.	Should you choose not to sell or if we decline to purchase, we'll return
	it to you.

As part of the evaluation process it may be necessary to open the item and to run tests and/or test software on it.
