This includes fully insured return shipping.

When we diagnose the fault, before undertaking any further work, we will inform you of our findings and quote you for the required parts. There is no additional cost for labour, it is included in the initial flat rate charge.

If you decide not to have an item repaired, we may be interested in purchasing it for spares and parts.

and all repairs and upgrades are undertaken at the owners risk.

When working on any item, especially iPods, it may be necessary to open the case. This is done using professional tools but there is always a risk of marking or scratching.

It may be necessary to restore an iPod to factory settings.
This will result in the loss of user data.
If this is NOT to be done please inform us in advance.

Due to a change in our direction, we are no longer
able to offer repairs to iBooks and Powerbooks.
